Delete Your Kiranly Account
You can request deletion of your Kiranly account and all associated data by contacting us.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to queue@kiranly.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your Kiranly account
- We will process your request within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted
What Data Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
- Your locations and queues
- All tickets and queue history associated with your account
Data Retention
All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. No data is retained after deletion.
